General Bake-Off Rules & Regulations
1. Apple Bake-Off will include Adult Division (age 19 & over) & Youth Division (18 & under). Participants may enter all categories within their division.
2. Only one entry per person per class. Exhibitors will not be allowed to enter items in another person's name.
3. All items must be entered in disposable containers or on paper plates. Entries must be completely wrapped in clear plastic.
4. All entries for all categories (except quick and easy) must be made from scratch (including pie shells).
5. A recipe for each entry must be included, either typewritten or in legible handwriting.
6. Entries will be accepted on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Judging will begin promptly at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday. Each person must register and will receive a number for their item.
7. Categories will include Breads, Cakes, Pies, Main Dishes, Diabetic/Sugarless, Quick & Easy and Miscellaneous.
8. First, second and third place winners for each category will be recognized.
